About

I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals looking for help with issues including substance use, depression, bipolar, anxiety, trauma, life transition, and more. I offer individual sessions for adults as well as couple sessions. I enjoy working with clients from different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences.

While my therapeutic approach is fairly integrative, my training is in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and I emphasize the use of empirically supported treatments such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method (for couples). I offer in-person as well as HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy.

My therapeutic style is empathic and non-judgmental. Please feel free to contact me to see if I would be a good fit for you. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions for those in the Blacksburg, VA area, and telehealth sessions to anyone residing in VA. I look forward to offering you support and skills to help you achieve a satisfying and fulfilling life!
