My goal is to empower individuals in achieving our fullest potential by providing an environment where they can feel heard and understood, and where they can work towards personal growth, self-awareness, and healing. I am passionate about working with people recovering from narcissistic abuse. I believe in the importance of treating the whole person in a holistic approach to healing. Whether talking about anxiety to depression to specific life stressors to complex trauma, I'm here to walk alongside individuals as they identify their paths forward in an enriching and centered life.
I enjoy a strengths-based approach to therapy, along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) methods in addressing concerns. I have found parts work to be quite helpful. I am EMDR trained. Overall, my approach is that I consult the client, not the theory or methodology. As a result, I'm eclectic in my approach and work to personalize counseling services.
If you are struggling with the aftermath of trauma, including complex trauma, and are seeking support, I am here to help. My goal is to help people navigate recovery from complex trauma by learning inherent patterns that result from it. Please don't hesitate to reach out to schedule a consultation or to learn more about my approach to therapy.
