Hi, I am Stefanie Prince, LMSW; I have a collaborative philosophy for therapy. I seek to be attuned to your needs and walk beside you! Therapy is led by YOU. It is my aspiration that everyone leaves the session feeling heard and seen. Feeling safe and valuable is critical to our therapeutic alliance and your outcomes. The decision to seek counseling is a personal one; it would be an honor to hold space for you in your personal and emotional growth. I incorporate mindfulness and somatic approaches in the session. Listening to our bodies fosters alignment and space to make change. I served in various social work capacities for seventeen years. I am passionate about children, families, postpartum individuals, and young adults. I have extensive crisis training and knowledge of community support. My work has focused on pregnancy, postpartum care, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment disorders, and skills building. As your clinician, I will strive to foster a collaborative, intentional, and safe environment. I encourage you to reach out with any questions, large or small. Your mental health is pivotal for overall wellness and functioning; let’s get to work!
