I believe the search for the right counselor is important and deeply personal. I have a strong value in the therapeutic relationship, and respect the courage it takes to reach out for help. I strive to create a genuine and authentic environment in which we will work together to address any and all issues you may bring to the room. My clients view me as open, engaged, caring, and genuine. I feel confident in helping individuals through unhealed traumas, negative relationship patterns, and finding their path to self discovery. I strive to meet people where they are and together move toward healing I have a special interest in infertility, grief and loss, interpersonal relationship issues, and trauma. I have additional training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I also offer a support group for women who are coping with infertility and/or pregnancy loss that meets once per month. I believe the counseling process to be a collaborative approach between the client and the therapist. Together we will embark on a journey that at times will be challenging as we move toward understanding and creating change.
