Therapy is a good place to explore, reprocess, learn, practice, and implement the skills needed to make these changes and follow your path toward self-actualization. I love helping people find their passion, heal their wounds, restore their bodies, improve relationships, recover, and discover overall wellness. A strong therapeutic relationship is the basis which allows change to occur and healing to begin. My therapeutic approaches include: Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused (CPT and EMDR) , Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, and Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM.) The uniqueness I bring to therapy is addressing underlying causes of symptoms - diet, supplements, vitamins, alternative practices, and microbiome health.
