Welcome! I’m Staci Levine, a compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a supportive, client-centered environment where you can learn to create safety to explore life’s challenges. With experience working with individuals and families ages 12 to 90+, my specialties include self-esteem, emotional regulation, identity development, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and providing support for highly sensitive and LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach is holistic and multi-disciplinary, blending evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and ACT with integrative somatic trauma therapy, mindfulness, expressive arts, and yoga therapy. My goal is to empower you to gain insights, build resilience, and develop a greater sense of well-being through a personalized, strengths-based journey. Taking the first step toward change can feel challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a supportive space where you’ll feel heard and understood. When you reach out, we can set up a consultation to see if I’m the right fit for you. If not, I’ll gladly provide referrals. Together, we’ll work toward the healing and growth you deserve.
