My purpose is clear: to empower high-performing professionals and executives on their path to well-being and success. Through personalized coaching, executive therapy, and consulting services, I focus on cultivating whole person development. Unlike traditional coaching, I delve deep to uncover underlying issues while empowering you to prioritize personal growth. I don't want clients to feel “coached” or “analyzed”. Instead, I want the experience to feel like a really good, productive, and meaningful conversation one-on-one. I work with individuals at various stages of their careers and lives who want to improve how they show up both personally and professionally. I take a transparent, candid, and personalized approach. I provide on-going sessions as a way of helping individuals process, apply, and get better at the things they are learning through our time together. I understand that you are being pulled in a hundred different directions and that being a busy professional doesn’t always end at 5pm. I offer evening and weekend appointments.
