About

In my practice, I work with adults and older adolescents facing challenges such as eating disorders, depression and anxiety, as well as a variety of other mental health concerns. Research shows that an authentic and caring therapeutic relationship, coupled with evidence based treatments, provides a strong foundation for success. My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative and individualized. My goal is to help you determine what is causing and maintaining current problems and how to make necessary changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviors, leading to enduring change and resulting in greater health and happiness.

I am licensed in Maryland and New York and have PsyPact credentials allowing me to practice telehealth in 38 states. I have specialized training in eating disorders and I utilize a collaborative, team approach working with other providers such as registered dietitians, psychiatrists, family therapists and general practitioners.

While I offer online therapy, I also meet in person at my office in Roland Park, ten minutes south of Towson. It's convenient to many high schools (RPCS, BMS, Friends, Park) and universities (Loyola, Notre Dame, Hopkins, Towson, Goucher, MICA). While I do not participate with insurance, I will provide everything you need for out of network reimbursement.
