I’m a Therapist located in Southwest Topeka who works with Children and Families. Many of my clients come in to address topics such as Anxiety/Depression, ADHD, Trauma, Parent/Family Challenges, and Life Transitions. I am particularly passionate about serving Children, Teens, Young Adults, Parents & Families. Personal life and parenting experiences have given me valuable insight as to what families are going through when one member is struggling with issues. My style is warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. When clients first start therapy, we will establish a strong relationship and comfortable environment where they feel safe and heard. By using the appropriate treatment approach, I assist clients to make changes that align with their therapeutic goals. Life experiences have shaped me into who I am today. My endurance of difficult times and my willingness to persevere in the face of obstacles gives me a unique understanding of challenges life can bring.
