At Lifeologie Counseling in North Raleigh, I partner with adolescents and adults of all ages to support them in navigating crises and life transitions, implementing useful strategies for managing anxiety and depression, addressing trauma, processing grief, and finding new, meaningful ways to work through conflict in relationships. As a MFT, I bring a perspective informed by general systems theory and attachment theory to my partnerships with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience providing enhanced family therapy to families in crisis and have completed advanced training in Gottman Institute couple's therapy interventions and Systemic Multicultural Counseling. As a therapist and person, I believe in the power of relationships, authentic connection, and community above all else. I strive to build trust and safety with my clients as they draw upon their experiences, identities, and relationships to navigate transitions successfully, face challenges with courage, and make deep meaning of their experiences.
