I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who invites you to explore a transformative journey toward mental well-being. My focus is to treat children, teens, couples, and families using an array of interactive and evidence-based techniques. I bring a holistic perspective to each session. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My focus is and always has been to help my clients heal from the negative messages they constantly replay in their heads. I use a person centered approach, which allows you to be in charge of your therapy process. We will work at your speed to accomplish the goals you set for yourself.
