Thanks for checking out my page! My area of specialty is treating sex addiction. I offer individual, couple, and group treatment options. My therapeutic approach is centered on connecting with clients, giving them the opportunity to share their story, and ultimately equipping and empowering them to change the narrative of their story in a way that will help them to thrive. I find it particularly rewarding to create a space where those who feel unheard can truly find their voice. Connection, authenticity, and vulnerability are foundational in the way I relate to clients. I hold certification as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). This training prepares me to work with addicted individuals, betrayed partners, and couples working through recovery together. I have also completed Level 1 of the Gottman Method of couples counseling. I am committed to helping clients achieve personal healthiness and wellbeing in a world that is full of distraction, dysfunction, and unhealth. While my office is located in a church building, faith-based counseling is not my exclusive focus. My professional training has prepared me to work effectively with people of diverse cultural and belief backgrounds.
