I work with individuals and couples to help address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. My style is gentle and my clinical approach is primarily psychodynamic, meaning you will be invited to speak freely while we work together to gain a deeper understanding of what is bothering you, move through emotional distress, and shift patterns you may wish to change. With couples, my practice is largely informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and psychodynamic theory. I have completed advanced training in family and couples therapy, which I find also enriches my work with individuals who are exploring their relationships with others and relationship with self. I look forward to meeting you.
