About

I counsel clients navigating depression, anxiety, low self-worth, grief/loss, life transitions, and the lasting effects of trauma, abuse, or dysfunctional family systems. I also support new moms and parents as they embrace evolving identities and reparent their inner child. My approach is heartfelt, curious, and engaging, often using humor to create a safe, authentic space where clients feel seen, validated, and understood. With genuine care and practical tools, I empower clients to heal emotional wounds, break unhelpful patterns, and gain insight while becoming the best version of their authentic selves.

As an EMDR therapist, I help clients process and heal from traumatic memories, integrating somatic awareness and effective coping strategies to support emotional recovery and personal growth. Other modalities I utilize in session are Internal Family Systems, ACT, and DBT. I have additional training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Every wellness journey is unique, and I’m committed to creating a personalized experience rooted in the strong, supportive relationship we’ll build together. Finding the right person to support you on your journey can be difficult, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good match. I look forward to meeting you.
