About

My name is Sophie. I am a neurospicy healer, abolitionist, disruptor, truth-teller, single mother & lifelong student & practitioner of cultural self-study. The human experience is not easy by any means, but what we choose to do with our given fate is what shapes our continued becoming (individually & collectively). We often feel like we are alone in our struggles. It is not until we feel safe enough to open up to someone that we realize our perception of aloneness is far from true. Some of the hardest work people do with me is learning how to hold space for themselves & really attune to the intelligence of their own heart.

I have personal & professional experience with anxiety, depression, somatic practices, postpartum struggles, motherhood overwhelm, woes of capitalism, spirituality/meaning-making, feeling lost, divorce/separation. Actively working toward specializing in identifying & healing from narcissistic abuse/coercive control/post-separation abuse.

It would be an honor to hold organic safe space with you & act as a mirror so you can finally hear yourself, feel yourself & find confidence in what your heart has been telling you all along. Cultural self-study is how we move toward (& on) a path of more grounded-ness, ease and clarity. Let me help you start your journey into your own life-long self-study!
