Solana is a pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who received her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Solana has professional experience working in residential mental health with dual diagnosis and acute mental health disorders. Solana uses an integrated personal approach to view clients holistically, understanding the experiences and environments that have shaped her clients way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Understanding these experiences can provide a path to understanding what guides, motivates, or hinders a client in their daily life. Solana works hard at establishing a collaborative relationship built on trust she believes is fundamental for creating a comfortable and safe environment for you to share your story. Drawing from modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused therapy, the therapeutic sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
