I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of concerns including anxiety, test anxiety, depression, low self esteem, loss and grief, trauma, parenting and family issues. My focus of study at Columbia University was Family and Children. I have worked in family agencies, mental health clinics, and as a school social worker in NYC. Additionally, I have post masters training from the New York School for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis in adult psychotherapy. Having raised children in Brooklyn, I am familiar with the public and independent school systems and the daily pressures that children and families are faced with. Using play and/or talk therapy, I help clients of all ages understand and deal with issues that prevent them from moving forward in their lives.
