Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore who you are by understanding the different parts (e.g., religion, gender, culture, upbringing) to help with the stress and burdens you might be experiencing. Together, we'll compassionately examine how past patterns might be interfering with your relationships and life today. I am bilingual in both Spanish and English and identify as Hispanic/Latina. I obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Social Work at Columbia University in 2022, where I was a fellow in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program and received in-depth training to work with both adolescents and adults at Columbia Psychiatry. I provide individual, family and couples' therapy. I appreciate your bravery in seeking the support you deserve. Please, do not hesitate to reach out via email, call or text. I look forward to hearing from you!
