Hi! My name is Sofia, and I provide systemic supervision for LMFT Associates and LPC Associates in Texas. If you are (a) interested in learning more about systems theory and relational approaches and/or (b) you are looking for a more "high-touch" supervisor, someone who will invest time in building a relationship with you as both a human and a clinician, we could be a great fit. From the very beginning, I offer lots of resources (guidance about navigating work dynamics, mentoring, marketing, continuing education) and I help build up my supervisees' confidence, helping them learn to market and promote their skillset. :) View 3 Photos With over 15+ years as a mental health provider, family therapist, educator and researcher, I specialize in trauma-informed and culturally responsive supervision for counselors and therapists in training and AAMFT Supervisor Candidates. I also mentor international students interested in pursuing a US-based Master's in Counseling or Family Therapy.
