Therapy is not just a space to work out problems, it is also a haven as one celebrates achievements and integrates change. It is your space to be authentically you with a journey partner in a relationship that supports you. My perspective is unique and informed by a dynamic background that includes lessons from a great teacher, life, as well as from serving in various roles in employment fields. I have experience working with individuals and groups in a manner that respects differences, honors experiences, and welcomes exploration. I am an alumni of New York University where I received my Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness and Lehman College with concentrations in Health Services Administration and Psychology. I served as Coordinator and Mental Health Clinician at GMHC where I also completed a portion of my clinical training. My interests include cultural and relational intersectionalities as well as holistic approaches to assisting and supporting others. With all this, I am still creating and learning, if you want to know more, let's talk.
