About

Therapy is a journey that should be tailored to your unique experiences and needs, and guided by empathy and understanding. It should be a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you can achieve meaningful healing and growth. Through our journey together, l am committed to supporting you every step of the way, empowering you to navigate life's complexities with clarity and confidence.

My main goal is to cultivate that safe space you deserve. To help you explore your challenges, uncover strengths, and foster resilience. By incorporating dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy (PCT) with a trauma-informed approach, I believe we can achieve emotional healing together.

As a fourth-year doctoral student in clinical psychology at Northern Arizona University, I am a pre-licensed professional working under the supervision of Dr. Robin Potter at Biltmore Psychology Services. I am also dedicated to fostering an affirming environment for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQIA+ community.
