Skye McIntyre is a trauma therapist who focuses on working with adults and couples. She enjoys helping people develop relationships between their True Self and parts that were created in childhood. Skye utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is Internal Family Systems informed and EMDR certified. Skye has developed her own therapeutic tool: The Tree. Skye is available Monday through Thursday for online and in-person appointments at the SkyeHelps office in Dahlonega, Georgia.
