I provide individual, family and couples counseling for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. First session you and I will identify issues that you would like to work on and we will come up with a plan of action on how to implement your goals. I work with you throughout our sessions to come up with an optimal outcome for your life situation. Visit me also at www.alaskatherapy.com for more information. I provide counseling for depression,anxiety, eating disorders and trauma. I also assist you in making different life transitions and help you to learn different coping skills. I also teach stress and anger management skills. I am trained in providing EMDR, highly effect modality for trauma treatment. Telephonic sessions to villages provided. I am located in Eagle River, Alaska 15 minutes away from two military bases. I have some evening and weekend appointments available in order to accomodate your schedule. I bill several insurance plans and have a sliding fee scale. Appointments are available the same week as you contact me.
