I currently practice at Ellie Mental Health in Overland Park! Ellie is a growing practice that aims to make mental health care accessible and decrease the stigma related to seeking support and taking care of ourselves. As a whole, we seek to provide an empathetic, affirming and inclusive space for all that need help and decrease the anxiety that we all can have in being vulnerable in asking for what we need. I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kansas. I have experience providing care for individuals who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns like anxiety, depression and building self-esteem. I understand how daunting it may feel to begin your mental health journey, and will diligently work to foster a patient and compassionate space to honor those individuals that I serve. I utilize a warm, humorous and collaborative approach to support my clients in their journey to mental wellness!
