Hello, my therapy practice is over telehealth. You have the flexibly and security to discuss your concerns, with out the travel time. As I understand your concerns, I hope to offer you a validating and helpful perspective. Self awareness and self care will improve the quality of your life. Having a positive therapeutic/self reflective process can improve your outlook on life and overall well-being. The methods I use in therapy practice are from Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, 12- Step approach for dependent and co-dependent issues. I hold a 2 yr certification in Gestalt Therapy, which focuses on the awareness process. Looking for a therapist takes time and patience. I give you credit for taking initiative to find one who will be a good fit for you. If you are interested in telehealth therapy with me, I hope to be able to meet with you soon. My hours of practice are from 3:30-7:30pm M-F and Sat til 3pm.
