About

Everyone at some point will face multiple difficulties and hardships during their life; however there are those who are predisposed to barriers due to their race, gender, and/or economic class. As a result, they experience overwhelming levels of stress and trauma.

I believe that every person deserves a life of kindness, respect, and compassion. I specialize in working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, & life transitions. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, strength-based approaches, trauma-informed techniques, & Christian faith-based approaches.

I will partner with you in identifying and regaining your strength as you work through your unique challenges. Contact me to schedule a consultation and/or answer any questions you might have.
