About

I strive to create a clinical space that will allow you to experiment with new ways of being and challenge you to grow. I work with clients navigating comorbidities of mood, anxiety, personality, or trauma disorders as well as those seeking to integrate neurotypes such as ADHD and autism. I have in-depth passion and experience working with people of color, disabled clients, LGBTQIA+ clients, clients from non-Western cultural backgrounds, and clients exploring identity. It is deeply important to me to validate the experiences of people within marginalized groups and acknowledge how systemic oppression influences mental health.

Therapy is different for everyone and I adjust my approach to prioritize your concerns. I engage in creative therapies that utilize tools from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed, and attachment-based frameworks. I also integrate the use of fidget and expressive tools in my work.

Individual experiences, trauma, identity, relationships, neurobiology, meaning-making, and overarching systems all shape our identities and the ways we move through the world. I believe that therapy is the process of understanding these factors and moving towards a path of change. I would be honored to aid you in navigating this path and walk alongside you.
