About

Many people seek therapy as a way to ease and support major life transitions, relationship ruptures, or other difficult experiences. Sometimes it's even hard to appreciate the positive things and feel satisfied with a "good enough life."

Therapy is an experience that needs to work for you as the client and that will look differently for different people. I use emotionally-attuned talk therapy with body based interventions to support clients in bringing more awareness to what's important for them. Clients often notice an improvement in their overall quality of life and goal satisfaction.

As a Contemplative Psychotherapist, I support clients in nurturing their own wisdom, basic goodness, and inherent ability to move towards a more fulfilling and embodied lifestyle. People of all genders, sexualities, race & ethnicities, religions, and abilities are welcome. Telehealth and Inperson available.
