My name is Simone and before our first session, I want you to know my goal is to help you feel heard, and show you that therapy can be a very relaxing, judgement free zone where you can be unapologetically you. Building a trusting and safe relationship is important to me, as I am a non-judgmental and honest person who truly does have a passion for working with people. It is my belief that you are the experts of your own stories, and I am here to help you accept or tweak what is no longer serving you, or support you in no longer second guessing yourself My passion is working with those getting a handle on their ADHD, anxiety/stress, life adjustments, or in need of a sounding board to ensure they are doing their best.
