I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and my mission is to find your hidden potential and give you all necessary tools to develop and grow. I am an experienced clinician, trained in counseling children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to help people identify and achieve their goals by coping with issues that are causing distress. In my practice I treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and abuse recovery. Fairfield County Mental Wellness, LLC provides a safe environment to explore and address individual difficulties. The purpose of my practice is to help people identify triggers and issues that are causing anxiety and stress.
