About

I believe every human has the ability to heal. I consider it one of my greatest privileges to walk alongside those who are seeking help. My hope is to always enter the therapy process with curiosity, empathy, patience, and kindness. "Adversity introduces you to yourself." - Dr. Dan Allender. Whether you have hit a crisis, or desire to dig deeper into long established patterns, entering therapy is a courageous and exciting first step.

I work with individual adults and teens dealing with issues of complex and difficult relationships, spiritual abuse and trauma, grief and loss, crisis and trauma, singleness, anxiety, depression, family of origin, ADHD/ADD, and more.

I understand counseling is a vulnerable and sometimes scary decision, and but I desire to walk alongside you every step of the way.
