I have a passion for healing trauma of all kinds and in helping people build awareness of how their bodies hold that trauma. I have a strong passion for helping people who struggle with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or have a generally tumultuous relationship with food, movement, and their body. Issues that may result from trauma that I treat include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and bipolar disorder, to name a few. My work is devoted to utilizing meditation, guided imagery, and mindfulness to aid families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds in leading a life they want to live. I bring empathy, compassion, curiosity, and knowledge of people as a whole to help people on their journey of healing. I believe that anxiety is an indicator of growth, and that we must learn how to hold our own pain in order to heal from it. I look forward to visiting with you and helping you with this next stage of your journey.
