About

To all those struggling with mental health, those who have lost hope, whose fear and anxiety is overwhelming, those who are terrified of abandonment, struggle with disordered eating, who have lost themselves, or to those simply in need of someone who truly cares… there is a light that can guide you to a life of wellness, self-compassion, and self-love. You are that light. It is within you, and I can help you kindle that light and ignite your life. It’s time for you to illuminate the dawn of healing.

Whether your goal is to recover from an eating disorder, to manage trauma reactions, or to cope with fears of abandonment, loneliness, and emptiness, I am here to help you find yourself. Through elements of CBT, DBT, and schema therapy, I will help you find your light within you so you may shine brightly and vividly in recovery.

I provide each and every client with compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard to build rapport and develop the therapeutic relationship. Research indicates the most important aspect of counseling is the client-counselor relationship and I am eager to build this relationship with all my clients to best guide them in their journey to recovery.
