About

I am deeply passionate about working with children with neurodivergence (Autism & ADHD), anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, and LGBTQ+ youth. I believe the therapeutic connection between client and counselor is the foundation of healing and growth. I aim to help children and their caregivers feel heard, seen, and supported, without judgment, so, together, we can work toward your goals and boosting support. My goal is to guide children in recognizing their strengths and developing healthy, lifelong skills and self-efficacy.

I am a graduate clinician working towards my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I use the wellness model to guide my practice and work from a trauma-informed perspective. I use techniques from person-centered therapy and child-centered play therapy with a culturally sensitive lens.

Everyone deserves a space where they feel understood, valued, and safe to explore what’s on their heart and mind. My approach is centered on empathy, trust, and working together to help you or your child navigate life’s challenges. As your counselor, I’m here to support you every step of the way, and I would be honored to be part of your healing process.
