About

As a therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families of various cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, life stages, and compositions. I specialize in trauma treatment and anxiety related to family and partner relationships, abuse, acute and chronic trauma, C-PTSD, ACOAs, life transitional stress, occupational and academic stress, and their relationship with themselves. Additionally, I specialize in assisting families and couples with setting boundaries, healthy communication skills, relationship transitions, and navigating parenting styles. View 4 Photos

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strength-based, relational, and trauma-informed. Mostly I use a systemic model to inform my approach, focusing on how relationships shape and impact you from the past, present, and future. Specifically exploring generational history and nurturing patterns. I welcome all who are committed to healing, and introspection.

I value empathy, respect, introspection, trust, and awareness. I am passionate about therapy, helping my clients reach their goals and becoming the healthiest versions of themselves by recognizing patterns of behavior. I believe being empathetic, inquisitive, and giving value to one's experience goes a long way in building a strong therapeutic relationship.
