About

With a deep-rooted passion for mental health, I am dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages on their journey to well-being. My expertise lies in working with adolescents navigating the complexities of youth, as well as adults seeking to overcome life's challenges. Through my experience in both public school and clinical settings, including work in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the human experience.

I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. By employing a trauma-informed approach and drawing from evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, psychodynamic, and other therapies, I create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can openly explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

Understanding that taking the first step towards healing can be daunting, I offer a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. If you're ready to embark on this journey towards greater well-being, I invite you to reach out.
