Keeping up with the demands of life can be challenging and may seem simpler to put on a happy face and act as if everything is OK. Today you can take one step toward your healing process! You can expect a therapist who is passionate about empowering others to discover the strengths of their inner world and learn to live life to its fullest. My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused. While working with me, you can expect understanding, support, and non-judgment space to grow, gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster healthy relationships. I provide outpatient substance use or mental health counseling for depression or anxiety. Additional services include-out of state DUI Assessments and SAP Assessments for FMCSA Clearinghouse Drug & Alcohol violations. This is a separate service (please contact my office for cost. I look forward to working with you as you begin to eliminate barriers keeping you from reaching your greatest potential!
