About

I am, first and foremost, interested in working with people as people, not as their diagnoses. As a fellow human and collaborative therapist I'm interested in meeting my clients where they're at with whatever they are facing. As an ADHD-er myself I particularly enjoy supporting other neurodiverse folks traversing this neurotypical world. I am also passionate about supporting other therapists through the challenges they face as caregivers and humans.

Because each client’s goals and path are unique, I employ an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy founded in Feminist and Narrative therapies, Family Systems Theory, and Attachment Theory.

Therapy can serve different purposes for different people. I'm here to support you in finding your way, whether that means finding your own authentic path forward or your own authentic way of being, individually or in relationship with others. Let's work together to figure out what you need and how to get you there.
