About

Life can be very challenging. If you are reading this you might be ready to talk. And talking helps. But, it isn't everything. Therapy is a puzzle that we never complete. Therapists sort through thoughts and ideas with you so things don't seem so overwhelming. Here we create a space to breath. I have been honored to work with clients who experience many issues such as anxiety, depression, poor familial relationships, loss, death, grief, divorce, commitment difficulties, loneliness, PTSD, difficulty sleeping, concentrating, focusing, ADD, eating disorders, codependency, isolation. And more.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems to help change patterns and learned behaviors. Together we decide which behaviors are impeding and blocking growth and development, and causing the anxieties. We review familial patterns, judgements, and coping mechanisms and develop new ways to better fit your life.

I am very interactive with my clients. I enjoy the process of development and believe that everything that occurs in life offers an opportunity for growth; it is up to us to engage and take advantage of that opportunity. I am honored to be a part of your quest.
