Being witnessed, understood and seen with kindness and compassion can be very healing and powerful. In today's world it may be difficult to find a safe space that is just yours, a place for you to freely speak about your needs, your wants, your difficulties and/or your hopes. Therapy can offer that space.

In our work together, we will co-create an emotionally safe space so that you may be able to more easily explore your inner world. We may look at parts of you that may be in conflict or confused, explore past relationships and experiences when relevant, and notice the connection between your body and mind. Holding space together for your experience.

Often when we go through difficult points in our life, we may first try to think our way through it and rationalize. Or we may avoid thinking about it altogether, distracting ourselves. It can be hard to turn towards something that feels emotionally painful and sometimes it can feel overwhelming, especially when we feel we have to manage it on our own. The
