Dr. Shlon Smith (she/her/hers) is a postdoctoral fellow dedicated to supporting the growth of adolescents as they navigate transitions, newfound autonomy, relationships, and interpersonal development through a person-centered, multicultural, and collaborative therapeutic approach. Dr. Smith is also committed to supporting the educational needs of children and adolescents by providing comprehensive psychological evaluations for ADHD, Autism, Learning Disorders, and Social/Emotional concerns.

Dr. Smith creates a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel inspired and empowered to achieve attainable goals and develop positive coping skills. She believes in the importance of the diagnosis and helping families take the next steps in ensuring the academic, behavioral, and mental health well-being of their children are addressed.

Dr. Smith has been described as warm, funny, empathetic, and transparent as she strives to support her client’s understanding of their world to help facilitate growth, change, and emotional well-being. She looks forward to taking the next steps with you! Ages 11-25 for therapy and 6 and up for assessment.
