Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
For years It has been my privilege to work with women of all ages navigating life transitions and hardships such as separations, troubled relationships (with a partner, family or friends, or one's body), navigating the roller coaster of motherhood, or experiencing a loss. Regardless of our experiences, beliefs, or social circumstances, we all fight the silent and lonely battles of not feeling we are enough. As women, we are often subjected to conflicting and competing expectations about love, sex, parenting, work, and relationships. In the face of such imposing outside opinions, it is essential to check in with yourself: Do You find yourself in an unfulfilling relationship, struggling to find your voice, or feeling your needs are not being met? Do you feel misunderstood or betrayed by the people close to you? Do you feel resentful, angry, depressed, or anxious? Do you have doubts about your sexual expressions or desires? No need to feel shame, guilt, or deny your feelings. I deeply believe in the power of therapy. With my professional and personal experiences, I will listen to your story, understand what you are enduring, challenge you when necessary, and offer guidance, support, and advice. Together we can find your unique answer for a fulfilling and balanced life.
