I am committed to fostering hope and healing through the therapeutic relationship. Each client is a unique individual, and I tailor the therapeutic relationship towards individual needs and concerns. I work with all people and try to meet their needs in a professional manner. I have many years experience working with children and adolescents as a former school counselor and mother of 5. I have worked with people on a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, parenting, trauma, self-harming, eating disorders, relationship issues, family issues, career planning, academic planning, sleep disorders, and fear. I use a wide variety of therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of each individual.
