About

My approach is collaborative and integrative. I draw from a number of modalities, including relational, attachment-based, and insight-oriented, and I incorporate EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic work to strengthen mind-body connection. I support adults struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have a particular expertise working with survivors of complex trauma, including interpersonal violence, sexual assault, and attachment wounding.

I have deep-seated respect for my clients and their lived experiences. I am intersectional and anti-racist in my approach, honoring one's social location and exploring how systems of power and oppression contribute to the challenges that bring them to therapy. I prioritize a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, trust, and collaboration.

Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming process. To ease this, I would be happy to schedule a free consultation with you to share more about my practice and answer any questions you may have. I welcome the opportunity to be a part of your healing journey, and I look forward to hearing from you.
