I am a pre-licensed Clinician and Clinical Mental Health graduate student at The Chicago School under the direct supervision of Jamaal A. Crone at SoulSeed Counseling & Consulting (formerly The Crone Esquivel Group, LLC). I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care that honors each individual’s unique life experience. I am particularly interested in working with folks from marginalized communities and understand the unique challenges of being successful while dealing with the broad reaching impact of systemic inequities. View 3 Photos My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic practices that consider the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual factors that impact a person’s well-being. I also integrate Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), which emphasizes the healing power of relationships and the importance of building meaningful connections. I believe that we grow and heal through connection, and that feeling disconnected or marginalized can deeply affect our mental health. As a therapist, I work to help clients build stronger, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
