I welcome the opportunity to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and addictions. My approach to counseling varies according to the client's individual needs and preferences. I have a broad base of training in different types of therapies which allows me flexibility to choose research-based interventions that are most appropriate for each client. I am currently accepting new clients age 18+, couples and families. My office is within walking distance of NC State University. One of my specialties is helping Neurodiverse (ASD and/or ADHD) adults whether they are currently diagnosed or just exploring the idea that they may be part of this community. I also enjoy working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression and/or addiction. I provide a safe and comfortable environment where concerns, challenges and hopes for the future are explored. My aim is to provide information, feedback, and support so that you can overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
