Located in NM, Licensed in both CO and NM; Welcome to a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and discover a deeper sense of self. I am an experienced and supportive therapist who will guide you to better self-understanding and empower you to identify and achieve desired change. I am experienced in helping people work through a variety of life challenges, including self-esteem issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and addiction. I specialize in relationships and practice a conversational, collaborative, person-centered approach. Whether your struggle is individual or relational, I am honored to help. I am an attachment/emotion focused, strengths based therapist. I believe all of us have the power and strength within us to achieve our goals but sometimes feel "stuck" in a situation or relational issue. I will use my experience and training to help you get "unstuck." Together we will get you moving in your desired direction. I will join with you to identify and build on your strengths, improve healthy and effective coping skills, and increase self understanding. I provide a safe, nurturing space for you to talk, explore, process, and heal.
