About

Dedicated to advocate for the specialized experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), I ensure each unique journey is acknowledged. Being a trauma-focused therapist, I strive to help women, men, and couples explore beliefs and behaviors leading to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.

With empathy, I engage each therapeutic relationship by modeling authenticity and acceptance to create safety and courage to organically disclose your story. Listening without judgment, I seek to understand the world through your experiences.

Through collaboration, I practice a personalized holistic, experiential, and mindfulness approach. As you commit to process unhealthy beliefs and attachment styles. I'll guide you to developing healthy relationships and ways of thinking & acting. Being culturally sensitive, I facilitate a brave space allowing you to be seen and heard as your true self.
