Are you wanting to recover from emotional abuse and gaslighting from a narcissistic partner? My practice is almost exclusively focused on individuals who are in relationship with a narcissist and navigating the challenges, or questioning if they want to remain in it. My approach and beliefs are: I believe you are worth investing in; I believe that self-compassion and accountability are both important; I believe you are worthy of self-care and healthy relationships; I believe you have the capacity to grow and change; I believe in utilizing your strengths; I believe in unconditional acceptance and I believe humor is healing. You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them. I want you to be successful in therapy. I have been a therapist for 33 years and am licensed in mental health counseling, couples & family therapy, and hold state certification in substance use disorders.
