I’m Dr. Sherri Barrow, I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and a professional school counselor with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and 19 years of professional work experience with children, teens, and adults. I have experience helping clients with trauma, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, coping with life changes, parenting issues etc. I believe that you are the expert on your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. The first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
